Buyers Pre-Purchase Home Inspections
This is a typical home inspection that catches common defects, so you understand the investment you’re making and is performed during a real estate transaction’s “inspection period
Seller Pre-Listing Home Inspection
If you’re selling your home, let us inspect it before you even list it. A Seller’s Inspection and accompanying report alerts you to any defects or problems so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.

Mold Inspections
All our standard inspections include a search for visible mold growth within the residence and evaluation of any conditions that could be conducive to mold growth. Such conditions include any form of water intrusion such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, window leaks, etc.
Drone Inspections
We have an FAA part 107 UAS license which allows us to legally utilize a drone for both inspecting places we can’t safely access or providing aerial photography or video for a subject property at a client’s request. These aerial cameras are part of our equipment and are we provide them at no additional cost.

A Four (4) Point inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowner´s insurance policy, or when renewing an existing policy. Four (4) Point requirements will vary from carrier to carrier usually starting at 30 years or older
